Hello!

I’m Rob and as this is our first blog post on the new Orb Property Planning website, I thought I would use it to introduce myself!

I have been working in the planning industry for over ten years. Four of those years were spent making decisions about planning permission as a planning officer for a London borough. I am qualified in planning and surveying and have Masters in Urban Regeneration from the University of Manchester.

I set up a planning consultancy practice in 2011. With my knowledge of local planning permission rules and my commitment to providing a personalised service, I quickly carved out a reputation for getting great results at affordable prices. I worked with my clients to get planning permission for projects that ranged from household extensions, to commercial buildings, to new build Eco houses and new build flat developments.

I started Orb Property Planning in April 2017 as my clients told me that when they came to do an extension or new build, they wanted a service that covered every aspect of pre-construction - from design, through to planning permission and building regulations approval. Orb provides clients with everything they need to start building works, at an affordable price.

Over the past few months we have been working hard on creating our new website, to show what we do and how we can help people design their extensions and get the planning permission they need. You can find out about our services in detail on our home design and planning page.

I'm based in North London, overlooking the Emirates, and as an Arsenal supporter I can often be found on the North Bank at the weekend and replicating some of Arsenal’s better moves on the pitch when playing with my mid-week football teams.
